- If the 1 hour block is exceeded your credit card will be automatically billed $30.00 per 15 minute increment.
- The Principle Period of Service for the Preferred Support Levels is Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, excluding regularly observed holidays. Unless otherwise stated, the hours of support shall not include regular holidays, including New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day following, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Preferred Support Levels rendered outside of the Principle Period of Service; if offered are in one (1) hour increments only.
- After purchasing your Preferred Tech Support Plan, Please give us 24 hours to schedule your Support appointment. If you have an emergency (an emergency is ONLY defined as a System Down or can not make calls in and or out) then call us toll free and leave a message with our Tech Support Dept. Include your User ID number and a Technician will contact you shortly. Remember to give us a number we can get through on even if your System is Down.
Appointment Time Saving Tips:
- All non-emergency Support is by Appointment ONLY!
- Connect via the PC administrator, fully download to the PC. Go to (file) (save-as) and email us a file copy of your current setting
- Sending us a copy of your current setting can cut the time needed in half
- Email us or have all the changes written out before the appointment.
- Please include as much info as you can include any extension numbers and line numbers that need to be programmed.
